1. Overview
GSG Ltd specialises in moving and transport services including furniture delivery, complete home and office relocation, waste removal, etc. By booking our services, you agree to the terms described below.
2. Prices and offers
All prices for our services are negotiated on a case-by-case basis, either via our Get a Quote form or by contacting us by phone or email. The final cost will depend on the type of service required, the complexity of the work, the location and any additional services such as packaging or installation. A final quotation will be provided after verification or upon receipt of full details of the work from the customer.
3. Reservation and confirmation
The reservation is confirmed only after accepting the final offer and agreeing on a scheduled date and time for the service. Once the booking has been confirmed, we will make every effort to meet the agreed schedule. However, unforeseen circumstances such as traffic, weather or other external factors can cause delays. In such cases, we will notify you as soon as possible.
4. Cancellations and rescheduling
Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a cancellation fee.
Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule your reservation, please contact us at least 24-48 hours before the scheduled service. We will do our best to accommodate your new date and time. GSG Ltd reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (e.g. damaged equipment, lack of staff). In such cases, we will notify you in good time and reschedule the service at a time convenient for both parties.
5. Terms of Service
Our team will take care of the utmost care in handling your belongings. However, GSG Ltd is not liable for damages caused by incorrect packaging carried out by the customer. We recommend all fragile or valuable items to be packed securely, and we can provide professional packaging services upon request. GSG Ltd is not responsible for damage or loss of items not duly declared by the customer at the time of booking.
6. Customer Responsibilities
The customer is responsible for providing accurate and complete information about the work, including the size and nature of items to be moved, any access restrictions and parking availability. If there are special requirements (e.g. disassembly, specific handling of fragile items), the customer must inform us in advance. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that all items for transport are ready for the planned move and that there are no items or materials left.
7. Payment Terms
Payment is due upon completion of the service, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash and credit/debit cards. A deposit may be requiredfor larger or more complex moves. The deposit will be deducted from the finalinvoice. Failure to pay on time may result in additional late fees, or legal action to recover the unpaid balance.
8. Limitation of Liability
GSG Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, including, but not limited to, missed benefits or business opportunities. Our liability for any claims, damages or losses will not exceed the amount you paid for the particular service in question. In the event of delays caused by unforeseen factors beyond our control, such as traffic or weather, GSG Ltd shall not be liable for any resulting inconvenience or additional costs.
9. Force Majeure
GSG Ltd is not responsible for failure to perform or delay in performing our services due to circumstances beyond our control, including, but not limited to, natural disasters, war, strikes or government regulations.
10. Applicable Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Bulgaria. All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be the sub-exclusive jurisdiction of the Bulgarian courts.
11. Changes to Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. All updates will be posted on this page and the effective date will be updated accordingly.
